Remote Access and Support

Simple Software can also provide remote support for networks, servers and other critical systems such as  servers and other key components that can be remotely monitored and controlled for software maintenances and fixtures.

All the software packages provided by Simple Software comes with an included standard one-year support. During this period, we will fix all the software problems that may arise from the day to day usage. You also may receive all the updates/upgrades as they become available. This will give you the peace of mind that you are running a fully supported and up-to-date product. After the first year a support contract is required. The amount varies with each product.

We know that IT systems don't run themselves, and there are times when you either need a helping hand or just want someone else to solve the problems and issues which may arise.
